Service Terms

Last updated: July 30, 2026

These terms cover the work FeedTide does for your business. They're written to be read — if anything here is unclear, email us and we'll explain it in plain words.

FeedTide is operated by Won Hur, a sole proprietor based in Honolulu, Hawaii ("we", "us"). "You" means the business that signs up.

1. What we do

We create Instagram content for your business and, depending on your plan, deliver it to you or publish it to your account.

PlanPostsDelivery
Tide Lite
$149/month
3 posts per weekWe send you finished images and captions. You post them.
Tide Basic
$349/month
3 posts per weekWe publish to your Instagram on a schedule, after you approve.
Tide Pro
$699/month
5 posts per week + 2 Reels per monthEverything in Basic, plus Reels, comment and DM replies, and a monthly performance report.

On Basic and Pro you can add 2 more posts a week for $100/month. We recommend starting at the standard number — for most local businesses, posting more often does not mean better results, and a steady rhythm beats a busy one.

Every plan includes designs made for your business — your name, your category, your neighborhood — not a shared template.

2. You approve everything

Nothing is published to your account without your approval. You'll see each post before it goes live, in your portal at app.feedtide.co or by email.

If you don't like something, tell us and we'll revise it. Each post includes one round of revisions at no extra cost. Beyond that we'll do our best, but heavy re-work may be quoted separately.

If you don't respond to a week's previews, we hold them — we don't publish unapproved posts.

3. Facts and honesty

We check the facts in every post against your website, your own posts, and what you tell us. We don't invent prices, hours, awards, or results.

Your approval is the final check. You know your business better than we do. When you approve a post, you're confirming the facts about your business in it are correct. We're not responsible for claims you approved that turn out to be wrong.

We won't publish anything false, misleading, or that we believe breaks Instagram's rules. If you ask us to, we'll decline.

4. What we need from you

That's the whole job. You can do all of it from your phone.

5. Billing

Your subscription starts after you approve your first week of posts — not when you sign up, and not while you're still looking at the free sample. You pay for work you've already seen.

Billing is monthly, in advance, through Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.

If a payment fails, Stripe retries automatically and emails you. If payment stays unresolved for 10 days, we pause new posts until it's sorted. Nothing already published is affected.

6. Cancelling

Cancel any time — from the Stripe billing portal link in your receipts, or by emailing us. There's no contract term and no cancellation fee.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. The current month runs to the end of its period; we don't refund partial months. Everything we already made for you stays yours.

7. Who owns the content

You do. Once a post is published or delivered to you, the images and captions we made for your business are yours to keep and use anywhere, permanently — including after you cancel.

We'd like to show your posts in our portfolio and on our own Instagram as examples of our work. Tell us at any time if you'd rather we didn't, and we'll remove them.

Photos, logos, and text you give us stay yours. You're telling us you have the right to use what you send, and you're giving us permission to use it in your posts.

8. Instagram access (Basic and Pro)

To publish for you, we need permission to post to your Instagram account.

Instagram is Meta's platform, not ours. If Meta changes its rules or restricts an account, that's outside our control. If that ever blocks scheduled posting, we'll tell you and switch to delivering finished posts to you (as in Tide Lite) until it's resolved, at no extra charge.

9. Things we can't promise

We work to make your account look active, consistent, and professional. We can't promise specific follower counts, engagement rates, sales, or rankings — nobody honestly can, and Instagram controls how content is shown.

We're not responsible for indirect losses (lost profits, lost business). If something goes wrong and we're liable, our total responsibility is capped at the amount you paid us in the month before the problem.

Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

10. Ending it from our side

We may pause or end service if payment stays unresolved, if you ask us to publish something false or unlawful, or if the working relationship becomes abusive. We'll give you notice and, where we've charged for work not delivered, refund it.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll email you at least 30 days beforehand. If you don't agree with the change, cancel before it takes effect.

12. The legal bits

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii. Before anything formal, email us — small problems are usually one conversation away from fixed.
